I have been a Massage Therapist since 2005 and have been fortunate enough to have had a variety of clients presenting me with a great knowledge base for many different conditions. Live Well Massage Therapy & Wellness Center is focused on helping those with medical ailments and any type of disability. While this is our focus, we are still committed to providing Massage Therapy for individuals seeking general massage for relaxation and health benefits.
I am truly passionate about what I do and therefore do not consider it work, it is part of who I am. I continue to further my education so that my clients will always be confident in receiving therapy from me and so that I am able to help as many as possible.

Hello! My name is Kat Floyd and I am a certified nutritionist. A little about me, I have a 5 year old son that is my walking talking mini-me and 2 dogs. I compete in obstacle course races around the country (canceled of course in a pandemic) and regularly do jujitsu and yoga. My background has been both medical and exercise science nutrition; from hormonal chronic conditions to bikini competitors. Nutrition is a giant puzzle – filled with health symptoms, lifestyle choices, external factors, and genetics. My goal as a nutritionist is to navigate those for you and put it all together to form real, habit forming, life-long, healthy eating that matches your life. Our world is bustling and busy, filled with so many different diet and food options – but what is meant for your body?
